Recommend:
1. For grinding ordinary carbon steel, and for grinding the rings of bearings, abrasive material A (brown fused alumina) is the best choice
2. For grinding alloy steel, and for precise grinding of bearing rings, WA (white fused alumina) is the best choice.
3. For grinding bearings for mini motors, GC (green silicon carbide) is the best choice.
4. Grit size and hardness grade of the grinding wheels shall be chosen according to the requirements of work pieces.
5. In case no special marking, speed of this group of grinding wheels is 35m/s. But we accept customized order on speed of the grinding wheels. |
